Everything bagels 

These soft, golden bagel bites are the perfect mix of chewy and fluffy—with no yeast, no rising time, and all the cozy vibes of a bakery-style treat. Made with simple pantry staples and topped with savory everything bagel seasoning, they’re ideal for breakfast, snacking, or even as a base for mini sandwiches.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Egg wash (1 egg)

  • Everything bagel seasoning 

350 degrees for 30 minutes

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking soda. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, then knead with your hands until smooth (about 1–2 minutes).

  3. Divide the dough into 8–10 equal portions and roll each into a ball or log, shaping however you like (traditional rounds or mini bagel rings).

  4. Place the shaped dough on your prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg wash to give them a glossy finish.

  5. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning for that irresistible crunch and flavor.

  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with cream cheese, butter, or just as they are!
