Made with simple pantry staples and topped with savory everything bagel seasoning, they’re ideal for breakfast, snacking, or even as a base for mini sandwiches.
Ingredients

2 cups of flour

1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

Egg wash (1 egg)

Everything bagel seasoning
350 degrees for 30 minutes

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking soda. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, then knead with your hands until smooth (about 1–2 minutes).

Divide the dough into 8–10 equal portions and roll each into a ball or log, shaping however you like (traditional rounds or mini bagel rings).
